Concerts in the park 1:00 pm Jane Zell & da Zelltones "A guaranteed good time..."
3:30pm Two Feet Short Jim Flynn and Don Meixner are long serving members of The Flyin’ Column, Central New York’s oldest, continually performing Irish Band. As their CDs and “T” Shirts say, “We were Celtic before Celtic was cool.” Now and then Jim and Don like to step away from The Column and perform a bit on their own. It would be wrong to say that The Old Irish doesn’t color and shape much of their sound. There is more than just the Irish influence in their performances. Now and then some American folk music, a bit of country, and some old Rock and Roll sneaks in to the mix. You might even hear a bit of cowboy yodeling if the mood strikes. Ask Jim and Don where the name of the band comes from. Location Veterans Memorial Park North Main Street
